Travel is to open your eyesight. No matter how wide your camera lens
angle can go, it still can’t beat a human vision. Not to mention about
bird-eye or fish-eye effect.
I have try some panorama stitch on Photoshop CS3 on my recent Bangkok
trip photos and it works very well. The panorama is a puzzle from few
images and [...]

Taking animal pictures is very challenging because of their fast
movement. This serve as good practice ground for me to test new Sony
A700. The A700 focus is fast and accurate, and I am able to use high
ISO to catchup with my cat actions. The Minolta 100-300mm APO is very
responsive on this new DSLR body. Its focus [...]

I did a street shooting in Kuala Lumpur on 31st Aug afternoon. Found
that Jalur Germilang is not so ‘popular’ this year. Remembered few
years ago every car and bike will have the flag on display. It is
very meaningful street shooting although just me alone. I feel like a
tourist. Here is the present for this year Merdeka [...]

The crowd of photographers were so huge and I am only able to get a
tiny slot at stage wing. Most of the time I shot over the tiny gap
between photographers head. The spotlight is going to ruin the white
balance and I use a orange flash gel to compensate my flash output. My
Minolta beercan is having [...]
